HOW OUR MAILORDER SERVICE WORKS/FAQ
Answers to Frequently Asked Questions:
- YOU WILL NOT RECIEVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL AUTOMATICALLY upon placing this order.
- Each order is printed out when received by the shop. After we pull what is in stock for your order, we will email you a Paypal payment link charging you only for items in stock and the appropriate postage rate.
***OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
- We DO NOT QUOTE YOU FOR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IN STOCK.
- PLEASE LIST ANY ALTERNATES you might want in the "notes" section on the checkout page, as this will help us to fill your order more completely and faster.
- Please keep in mind that MANY ITEMS ARE LIMITED TO ONE COPY, especially the used stock. Also keep in mind that orders are filled on a first come-first served basis.
- If an item is out of stock that you think may become again available, we suggest signing up for the EMAIL UPDATES, or checking the website periodically.
- Once payment is received you will receive an email confirming your order has been completed and is ready to ship.
- When your order has been packed and shipped, you will receive an email from Stamps.com containing your tracking number for delivery confirmation.
- If you have any questions, please ask before sending payment.

The customer pays all shipping and handling charges. Additional optional shipping services and options (Insurance, Priority Mail, etc) are listed below.
USA shipping rates with Delivery Confirmation:
$4.00 1st CD / Cassette
$0.50 each additional
$4.50 1st 7" RECORD
$0.50 each additional
$5.50 1st LP / 10" etc
$0.50 each additional
Multi Format orders or orders containing unusual packaging will be quoted based on the mailer format required to get your item there safely.
